The first wine from Château de Suronde is a dry white wine made in protective fashion and bottled quickly to preserve freshness and aromatics and allow for 1 year of bottle ageing to increase complexity and body.
The wine has been made entirely from ripe healthy grapes. All noble rot grapes have been sorted out at harvest. The juice has been pressed gently and protectively, and the wine has fermented in small temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine has been bottled in summer 2017 and the wine has been kept on bottle for one year prior to release to develop complexity and body.
